We are pleased to share a milestone for our team and, importantly, for our customers: our sodium silicate production facility is now certified to ISO 9001:2015 following a full external audit of our quality-management system.
What the Certification Covers
ISO 9001:2015 is not a product certificate — it is a process certificate. It confirms that our organization operates a documented, continuously improved management system covering:
- Raw material control: incoming silica sand and soda ash are verified against specification before they enter production.
- Process control: furnace parameters and dissolving conditions are monitored and recorded to hold modulus and Baume within target windows.
- Laboratory testing: every batch is sampled and tested before release, with records kept for traceability.
- Batch traceability: from raw material receipt through production to finished goods, each batch can be traced and supported by a Certificate of Analysis.
- Continuous improvement: non-conformances are tracked and corrected systematically rather than patched ad hoc.
What It Means for Buyers
Certification matters to buyers because consistent quality is what keeps your process running. When a supplier operates under ISO 9001:
- You can expect stable product between shipments — modulus, Baume and physical form are controlled, not guessed.
- Every order can be backed by batch-specific documentation, simplifying your own incoming inspection. Our quality testing guide explains what to check on arrival.
- Disputes and questions are easier to resolve, because decisions are documented and auditable.
Looking Ahead
ISO 9001:2015 is a foundation, not a finish line. We are continuing to strengthen our environmental management in line with industry best practice, and we will keep our customers informed as those programs develop.
FAQ
Can I receive a copy of the certificate?
Yes — customers and prospective buyers may request a copy of the certificate and the audit scope through our sales team.
Does ISO 9001 replace product testing?
No. Certification complements testing: every batch is still tested in our laboratory, and a Certificate of Analysis is issued with each shipment.
Does certification change pricing?
No — pricing and delivery terms are unchanged. The certification strengthens our processes without changing how we serve customers.
